My Approach

We provide professional mediation and conflict resolution services for families, schools, and workplaces navigating complex disputes. Our work includes divorce and custody mediation, school-based and special education conflict resolution, workplace mediation, and conflict coaching. We help individuals and organizations address conflict with clarity, fairness, and a focus on durable, practical agreements.

Through mediation, restorative practices, coaching, and training, we support people in developing the communication skills and confidence needed to engage productively in difficult conversations. Our goal is not only to resolve disputes, but to strengthen relationships and improve how conflict is handled moving forward.

OUR SERVICES

Divorce and Custody Mediation

Divorce mediation is a collaborative and cost-effective alternative to litigation that helps couples resolve divorce and custody issues with less conflict and greater control. Rather than taking an adversarial approach, mediation encourages open communication and problem-solving, which can reduce emotional stress and support more respectful outcomes.

Mediation is typically faster and less expensive than court proceedings and offers confidentiality that litigation does not. It also allows couples to craft flexible, customized agreements—particularly around child custody, parenting plans, and support—that reflect the unique needs of their family. By keeping decision-making in the hands of the parties, divorce mediation promotes practical, durable resolutions and a more cooperative transition forward.

Family Business Mediation

Family mediation helps families navigate complex decisions while preserving important relationships. We provide confidential, structured mediation for family businesses, succession planning, intergenerational conflict, and blended family challenges. Our process supports open communication, ensures all voices are heard, and guides families toward practical, sustainable agreements.

Whether addressing leadership transitions, resolving long-standing family tensions, or managing change across generations, family mediation offers a respectful, collaborative way to move forward.

School Based Dispute Resolution

School-based mediation provides a structured and collaborative way to address conflict involving educators, administrators, parents, and students. By supporting open communication and problem-solving, mediation helps resolve disputes efficiently while strengthening relationships across the school community.

For teachers and administrators, mediation reduces time spent on disciplinary issues and supports a positive school climate. Parents are given a meaningful voice in resolving concerns, which improves trust and collaboration with schools. Students benefit by developing essential skills such as communication, empathy, and conflict resolution, contributing to safer and more inclusive learning environments. Overall, mediation supports healthier school communities and more effective educational outcomes.

Workplace Mediation

Workplace mediation is an effective and confidential way to resolve conflict while minimizing disruption to organizational operations. Mediation provides a structured, neutral setting where employees and leaders can communicate openly, identify underlying issues, and work toward practical, collaborative solutions.

Compared to formal grievance processes or litigation, workplace mediation is typically faster, more cost-effective, and better suited to preserving working relationships. By addressing conflict early and constructively, mediation helps rebuild trust, improve communication, and support a healthier, more productive organizational culture.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching supports individuals in navigating difficult conversations and ongoing disputes with greater clarity and confidence. Through one-on-one coaching, clients develop stronger communication skills, increase emotional awareness, and learn strategies for addressing conflict constructively.

Conflict coaching helps individuals better understand their triggers, manage emotional responses, and approach problems thoughtfully rather than reactively. Whether used in workplace, family, or leadership settings, coaching builds practical skills that improve decision-making, strengthen relationships, and support more effective conflict management over time.
